All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling also requires a 24-hour notice. If you fail to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a 25% fee of the total appointment cost. This fee covers both my time and the inconvenience of the late change. The fee must be paid before you can book with me again. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings. Repeated last-minute changes will limit your booking privileges. I understand things happen, please communicate and respect my time, as I respect yours.
